We will discuss the best wording for writing intentions. Our written intentions will be placed into the quartz crystal singing bowls. As we know through digital technology, quartz amplifies, transforms, stores, focuses, and transfers energy. While the bowls are being played we will be guided through balancing our chakras in order to allow our intentions to manifest. Getting rid of what no longer serves us and bringing in healing and loving balanced energy. During this time the quartz singing bowls are amplifying, transforming, and transferring the energy of our intentions into our spiritual, energetic, and physical bodies, as well as into the universe. At the end of the meditation you will take home your energetically charged intentions and a little something else infused with the loving and healing vibrations of our beautiful sound healing ceremony.
